Our vision is to provide aspiring referees with the right knowledge and training to allow them to fulfil their potential and dreams of higher honours. To provide a place of safety and encouragement, away from abuse and neglect; to provide a buffer of protection from entities pushing frustrations; to teach and mentor aspiring match officials through paths of experience and knowledge.
To supply the football fraternity with well balanced; professionally trained; patient and forbearing individuals in match officiating, where the interest of the person is always at the forefront of the AVS Referee Academy.
Our mission is to ensure that a high standard of match officials with integrity, honour, respect, knowledge and be cool under pressure will be ushered into the world of football; where experience is gained through aptly provided situations and scenarios; supplying excellent support base through knowledge and experience.

Our curriculum is divided into theoretical, practical and situational subjects.

With constant communication in regard to bringing all three these subjects together we aim to develop a fully rounded and well prepared match official.
